Zinc sulfate is an excellent inhibitor of non-ferrous metals, especially suitable for sphalerite.
Dissolved in water. Slightly soluble in alcohol. Easily deliquescence in the air. Insoluble in a cetone. Used as a raw material for
the production of other zinc salts; used for cable galvanizing and electrolysis to prepare pure zinc, spraying agent for fruit
tree nursery diseases, and preservative for artificial fibers, wood and leather.
